What is included on
the jacket when awarded by the school?
The School awards the letter jacket, with letter.
You are responsible for anything else that you might
wish to have on your jacket. |

How and when do I
order extra patches, my name on the jacket, etc?
You may order items to personalize you jacket by returning the price list that
you received from your coach, with full payment, on order day. The order
day, and time for your school is printed on the price list on the flier.
You need to be measured on that day and turn in your payment on THAT DAY. |

Will my patches
already be sewn on my jacket when it arrives?
Yes, except for the custom award patches that will be sent loose.
We do charge a sew on fee for standard items listed on the front of the price
list. However, we do not sew any custom award patches on as they are custom and you may wish
to put them in different places on your jacket. If you order your
patches on order day or we received payment in our office within 72 hours of
the order date, most, except the custom award patches will be sewn on your
jacket before it is shipped. There may be a sew on fee to sew your
personal patches on. See your school price list. There will be an individual handling fee for orders
not paid on order day at the school. |

Can I order patches
after the in-school order day?
Yes. You may order patches at a later date by simply returning your full
payment to our office. Orders received 72 hours or more after the order
day will ship loose and will need to be sewn on locally. If you call our
office we can recommend a seamstress at a reasonable price. You may order
chenille loose patches at anytime. |

Is it beneficial for
me to order my individual options from your company now?
Yes, for a number of reasons:
a) You will receive your jacket ready to wear with most patches sewn on.
b) Most patches will be sewn on the jacket before the lining is attached,
therefore unsightly stitch marks do not show through
the
lining.
c) Our patches are color coordinated to match the jacket. |

How do I pay for the
jacket options?
You may pay by check, credit card, or money order. |

How do I determine
my jacket size?
Sizing will be done by a jacket representative at your school. You will
pick up an order form from the salesperson at the school, fill out the gray
shaded area and get measured by trying on a jacket to get the feel for the
size you want to order. After trying on a jacket you will let the
salesperson know what it is you wish to order and turn that form in on THAT
DATE. |
